Building 15 Kaselaane 9 (apartments 1-20) will be completed in February 2019.
Building 16 Kaselaane 9 (apartments 21-40) will be completed in June 2019.
Foundation: Micropiles and reinforced concrete grillage.
Floor on the ground: Compressed sand base, thermal insulation EPS 200mm, foil, 80mm concrete plate.
External walls: 190mm (partially 150mm) hollow concrete slabs. Thermal insulation EPS 250mm.
Internal walls: 190mm filled concrete blocks in load-bearing walls.
False ceilings: Hollow reinforced concrete slabs. On the slabs, 30mm wool panels (50 mm in Kaselaane põik 3 houses) and ca 60mm of leveling concrete.
Roof: Flat roof of hollow reinforced concrete slabs. Mineral wool and EPS thermal insulation up to 400mm. Double SBS rolled roofing.
Facade: Thin rendered façade; exterior finishing of the footing: cleanly jointed concrete blocks.
Windows and balcony doors: Triple-glazed PVC windows and balcony doors.
Doors: Exterior doors: glass doors in metal of aluminum frames. Interior doors: veneered wooden doors according to the interior design project.
Stairs: Reinforced concrete stairs.
Elevator: There is an elevator in the building with the minimum lifting capacity of 500kg.
Balconies: Balconies on steel frames covered with waterproof plywood.
Heating: Gas heating in the building. Apartments heated with radiators.
Ventilation: Apartment-based mechanical ventilation with heat recovery in all apartments.
Water supply and sewerage: Sanitary installations according to the interior design project. The price does not include a kitchen sink and mixer.
Electricity: Switches and outlets according to the interior design project. Lights and installation of lights not included in the price.
Weak-current: There will be cat6 data communication caballing with RJ-45 outlets installed for connection to the computer, TV and telephone networks. The building is equipped with an intercom system.
Paved roads: Asphalt-covered paths and yard areas in the plot territory
Lawn: Greenery will be planted on the site on the basis of sifted sand, the ground will be leveled, grass will be sown, and the ground will be rolled.
Ceilings: Finished reinforced concrete panels. Partially plasterboard ceilings on metal frames, filled and painted.
Walls: Plastered, filled, painted.
Floors: 3-layer veneer flooring, Viva Tarkett flooring in accordance with interior design solution. Moulding in the same tone as the floor. Tiled floors in wet rooms.
Bathrooms: Tiled floors, partially tiled walls. Painted ceilings.
